Every store has a unique login which allows the Replenishment app to download the appropriate information for that specific store. If you see a screen asking for both “Chain ID” and “Device ID”, please call corporate for further instruction.

Syncing
|
The Replenishment app is an offline app that needs to communicate with a server to get the latest sales information and files. If you are the first to login for the morning, use the “Sync Now” button to ensure you’re working with up to date data. Also, after logoff, it is recommended to use the “Send to Server” button to ensure any changes you made in the app are recorded to the server.

Login

Before using any feature of the Replenishment app, an employee must first login. Use the Employee ID and Password previously provided you for login. If features of the app are available prior to your login, please logoff the previous user and then login with your credentials.

Logoff
|
It is important to logoff when you are done using the Replenishment app. All activity on the app is logged by user. To logoff, return to the home screen of the app and tap the lock button at the top right of the screen.
