Overview
Replenish allows you to see suggested orders for all vendors, and place orders with the primary wholesaler. Suggested orders are calculated by algorithm taking into account sales history and current O/H values.

To create an order, navigate to the ordering area of the app, select a vendor to work with, and begin building your order by tapping the Create button in the top right.
In Replenish we've provided several convenient ways to build an order. You can use any combination of these methods to build an order. An ever-present basket will tally totals for the entire order at the bottom of the screen. |
Category |
This option will generate a list of items by category that Replenish thinks you should order; only items with a suggested order value will be shown. Each item will have a suggested order QTY and also include an O/H value. If the O/H value appears inaccurate, you may adjust it, and the suggested order QTY will update accordingly. Click the add button to the right of an item to add it, or in the header to add all items in the category.
Scan
Simply scan an item and increment the order QTY as desired. In instances where scanned items have an order QTY greater than zero, that QTY displayed is being suggested by the order algorithm.

Prior Order
Presents recent orders and the items on the order. Previous order values will be wiped and replaced with the today’s suggested order value. Many items may have a suggested order QTY of “0” denoting that the order algorithm doesn’t believe the item needs to be ordered at all. As with other order methods, you may override the suggested order QTY with a value of your choice.

Search
Search for an item like “Snickers” and select the items you want to order from a list of results.
Review
This screen shows all items added to your order, sorted by category as default. You may adjust order QTY and remove items from the order on this screen. When the order looks ready for submission, tap “Place Order” to send the order to the server. When submission is successful you will see a success dialogue with confirmation number. If the order submission is unsuccessful you will need to attempt again from the dashboard with the “Send to Server” button.

Log
Here past orders for the last 90 days will be listed by order date. Tapping on a past order will bring up the list of items ordered, and order quantity. Hitting the “Restore” button will create a temporary list of items, with their current suggested order quantities. Tap the “Submit” button at the top of the screen to add all items with their suggested order value or individual order items as necessary. All items added from this screen will appear on the Review & Finalize screen.
